Shipping is done from Vienna with Austrian Post or DHL. Typically, you will receive delivery within Austria in 2-3 business days and within the EU in 3-4 business days.

If there is an issue with your order, you can return it to us free of charge within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

Your filters are packaged by individuals with disabilities in Austrian integration workshops.

Additionally, we strive to use packaging materials with minimal environmental impact wherever possible (paper/cardboard/glass).

It's difficult, but with Austrian Post and DHL as our logistics partners, we have at least found someone who is conscious of their responsibility towards the environment. The emissions generated by shipping are offset through investments in global climate protection projects .
